My first datacenter cage
As Director of Network Deployment at Exario Networks I took over responsibility for design, cage space contract negotiation, hardware purchase, installation, and turn-up of Exario's data center co-location cage space. The pictures below are of the Denver, Colorado installation. The site was taken from empty floor space to live POP in 5 days by one Network Technician and myself. All construction, including rack erection, hardware instillation, power distribution, and copper, coax, and fiber cabling was done by us. At that time we were the only company to self-install a Tellabs Titan DACS.
